What a beautiful home in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood! This home is in a quiet, family neighborhood. We were able to relax and sleep well after each day of sightseeing in DC. The location was excellent - very quite at night, and walking distance to the park, nearby coffee & wine shop, restaurants, and museums.We enjoyed getting to know a new neighborhood vs. staying in a downtown hotel. This was a great property for our family vacation (7 adults). There was plenty of room with good accommodations, comfy beds, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Gary is tremendous at communicating and making sure everything goes smoothly. It was a decent location for getting to the sites we wanted to visit.

We had an incredible time in DC and the property was fantastic! The location is walking distance to rental bikes, close to the mall and great coffee shop up the street near the park. We LOVED it and will be back again.
