Thank you for your comments. The deck has been cleaned using a power washer. There has never been a hot tub in my backyard. I believe the guest misread my description. The overhead light and ceiling fan did not work because the remote control is missing (we are trying to find a replacement). However, we have newly installed two central AC units, so guests can adjust the room temperature using the AC. If the room door accidentally locks, you can contact the host for the key passcode. Usually, the room doors are unlocked. Since your booking and the previous booking were both three-day stays within the same week, the garbage pick-up day fell on Wednesday. Therefore, the trash cans may have been full when you arrived, as it was not yet Wednesday. I appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve my hosting service as much as possible. Hi Vicki, I wanted to let you know that the overhead light and ceiling fan in the master room is now functioning. Although it's not essential for guests due to the two AC units installed, it has been part of the room since it was built, so I’ve decided to keep it. After your checkout, my assistant inspected the oven, and it heated properly. Following your stay, another group of guests stayed for two weeks without any issues with the range. I also tested the oven personally, and it worked well. However, as the property manager, I decided to upgrade to a new electric range, which was installed on July 29th. The new range is very nice.
