Travelers should provide host with copy of account holder's ID upon check in. Primary renter should be present at checking and present during stay.
No shoes in side the unit. Turn off all lights when not in property. do not touch the AC controls its set to auto.

The property was lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and each had a TV. The living and kitchen area had a lovely feel, loads of room and lots of choices for seating - sofa, single chair, stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen facilities were great (rice cooker, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, large oven, large fridge/freezer and there was a washer/dryer too. It was such a lovely place to stay - really easy access into New York. We drove to Exchange Place but also walked to the local light rail station and left the car in the DEDICATED PARKING SPACE - which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was easily available to answer questions and the place was wonderful. It took us a little while to get the hang of the entrance door code but only a few days. The whole place was wonderfully air conditioned too. If you're visiting New York or New Jersey then this is the place to stay.
