Our host was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. The property was clean, the location was good for catching the bus into the city and the price was right. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the NYC area.

Top Appartement with a great kitchen, huge fridge and Bus connection to Manhattan and NJ! Perfect for a (private) visit of New York City.Supermarket and Restaurants are also nearby, including good suggestions of the host for diner and how to get to the City.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was super convenient for getting into NYC, and having parking available was a huge plus. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming — you can really tell they care about making guests feel comfortable. All the amenities were in great condition, and the space felt very well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Clean, functional & great value at 20-25 minute from port authority midtown NYC. This small apartment lacks nothing. It has a full size fridge and it seems a bit sketchy at first, but the area is totally safe. The food bazaar, literally 7 minutes away is a super good value supermarket. Don’t get NJ transit bus tickets since there are some small private careers that will take you to port authority with greater frequency. Bring loads of quarters if you want to do laundry. The host, Claudia, answers within minutes. The neighbors are respectful and polite. We will definitely return. We paid extra for parking and it was worth it: we were given a garage that worked wonderfully.

The apartment is clean and organized. Perfect for a small family or friends taking trips to NYC. Several bus lines go to the Port Authority station in Manhattan from the bus stop across the street, so you have easy access to buses and the subway. A one way bus ride to/from the city is about 3.50, which certainly beats a 50 uber. There’s a supermarket a few blocks away as well as a couple of restaurants. The price was great and Claudia (hostess) made the process easy. Would recommend to others.

Très bon séjour à New York

Appartement comme sur l annonce, très propre.L arret de bus se situe en face de l immeuble ce qui est très pratique. Claudia répond très vite aux questions . Le matin beaucoup de clarté car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants,et qd il fait beau,il fait chaud dans l appartement, c'est le seul petit bémol Merci pour ce séjour

L'appartement est completement conforme aux photos, il est tres propre et agreable. tout y est neuf. il est tres bien situé et deservit par les transports comme l' indique son proprietaire, c'est tres rapide pour rejoindre le centre . Nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable pour une premiere visite a new york et relouerions volontiers chez ce proprietaire dans le cas d'une autre visite . le quartiers est tres calme et le supermarché tres proche super pratique. Que de points positifs pour cette location
