Great location with fantastic views across LA from the balcony. The toiletries/coffee/water provided were a really nice touch and added that five star hotel feel. The property manager Stay Awhile were excellent and responsive, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect LA Stay

The home is breathtaking. Location is perfect, close to BH and all known restaurants and tourist spots. Privacy is very important to me and my expectations were met. Will definitely be back.

Views were heavenly

Nothing more beautiful then Hollywood hills modern home with spectacular views of Los Angeles. Pool was refreshing and bedrooms were clean and comfy. Definitely recommend this home for privacy and luxury

Amazing home base to explore LA

We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and has amazing views of LA and Hollywood! The children also enjoyed swimming in the pool between tours and we actually were able to enjoy quite a bit of sunshine on the balcony. Ideal for groups of 4 to 8 people!!

Hollywood Hills

This was an amazing house. We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, the views were spectacular. I loved drinking expesso in the morning out on the top deck listening to the birds sing and enjoying the lower deck for an afternoon swim and grilling dinner. Everyone in our family slept well in the comfotable beds with the nice linens. The showers had great water pressure. We felt super spoiled and very comfortable in this house. It was also close to so many fun things to do and see.

Great for family

Our family enjoyed our stay in this property. The communication right from the very start had been clear and prompt which made planning for our trip go smoothly. This house is so fun with the recreation area and swimming pool available as an option for entertainment on days we just wanted to stay in. Overall, we recommend and shall come back to this place when another chance arises. It is well-kept and clean which are top considerations for me.

Awesome property!

Our family stayed here during a family vacation and LOVED it! The property management team was very communicative and responsive. The check-in and our process was easy. The property is in an excellent location above Sunset and close to a lot of things. And the views from the balcony and bedrooms are EXCELLENT! House was very clean and well maintained. We loved the pool, spa, pool table/ping-pong. Kitchen was well appointed too. We would love to stay again when we visit next time.

Great newly renovated house with tons of space in a great location. Couple things to note; the kitchen has great appliances but it’s a little tight and you gotta be in good shape cause your gonna want to go from the kitchen down 2 flights to the pool area. A beverage fridge downstairs would be a great idea.

We hosted relatives visiting from Asia in Los Angeles over the Christmas holidays, so we rented a home through Stay Awhile Villas that could comfortably accommodate all of us. My wife and I have also been considering purchasing a home in the Hollywood Hills for the past couple of years, so this stay felt like a perfect “dry run.”LA Reserve is exactly the kind of property we would choose if we decided to splurge a bit. It truly has everything you’d expect from a dream home in the Hills: breathtaking views from all three floors, palm trees in the backyard, a peaceful neighborhood, high-end finishes throughout, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The outdoor space was a standout as well, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. At our request, the pool and jacuzzi were heated, and we enjoyed them daily despite the cooler December weather.The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, and everything was exactly as advertised. The check-in process was seamless, and the Stay Awhile Villas team was exceptionally responsive both before and during our stay. Even over the Christmas holidays, maintenance support was readily available—they proactively offered to fix a pool console connection that shut off during heavy rain on Christmas Eve.Overall, this was a flawless experience: a true five-star service matched by a five-star property.
