Livin' The Dream (sleeps 34) boasts 2+ acres, 8500+ sqft interior, & many decks/patios/sun rooms facing Mt LeConte. PRIVATE POOL, gazebo, HOT TUB, 110''+ projector MOVIE THEATRE, GAME ROOM w/ pool, foosball, air hockey, race-cars, pinball, golden tee, buck hunter & more, cornhole, many TVs, outdoor FIREPIT & BBQ, indoor fireplaces, comfy beds, highspeed WiFi, laundry, parking, & easy roads.

**Will decorate for Christmas season**
**Outdoor pool closed Dec 1 to Feb 28, otherwise open. $145 pool service fee (when open) & $100/day heating fee March 1 to Memorial Day & Oct 1–Nov 30. This fee will be requested/added after booking confirmation, if applicable. When heated, pool set to 82 °F ± 3 °F.**
**No refunds can be given in the event of a temporary rolling power outage, internet/wifi connectivity, or mouse/rodent/bear spotting etc. as this cabin is out near the national park. We are quick to respond though and can send pest control/techs out again if needed. Pest control comes 1-2 times/month.**

What an amazing place! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house is absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning! We will definitely be returning again next year. Definitely recommend this place for large family gatherings. You will not be disappointed with this place. Perfect sunrise every morning over the mountains. The host Austin was great. Quick response on all questions I had during my stay. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!

Great house! Magnificent views!We book places all over the eastern US twice a year. The purpose is not just to get together with friends but we all share the same hobby. Photography. There were 18 of us this trip. We were able to take full advantage of our craft inside and out. The house is amazing and very comfortable. Once we arrive at a property, we don’t leave. We cook every meal onsite. The kitchen is large and fairly well appointed. We did have to use a few of our essentials throughout the week. Austin has to be in the top 3 hosts we have ever encountered! He was gracious, understanding and quick to respond when things didn’t go quite right. Would we rent this property again? Absolutely! Wonderful Mountain Escape!

Our group of friends enjoyed ringing in NYE at this lovely mountain home in Sevierville. The views were spectacular and the well-equipped house provided everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed the large spaces for getting together, but also enjoyed the smaller charming den for music, reading, and quiet time. The host is very responsive if any issues arise. The one suggestion we have is some of the bedding is in need of replacement. Some bed linens and one master room mattress was quite worn. However, Overall, it was a great place for our getaway!
