SEA BREEZE Condominiums are the ONLY condominiums located directly ON THE BEACH in Biloxi. You do NOT need to cross a street to get to the beach. The views are amazing from the fourth floor unit. Relaxing on the balcony is a perfect place to watch the sunset!

The living room has a sleeper sofa, smart tv and sliding glass doors to the balcony.

The dining room table will seat 6 and an additional two seats at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, pans and dishes. Appliances include a toaster, Keurig coffee maker (pods or ground), microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You can also find beautiful granite countertops and dish disposal in the kitchen with plenty of counter space.

The unit has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron is also available.

Amenities include private balcony, two saltwater pools; one is heated in the winter months. A fitness center with two saunas is also located on the second floor. You can also find BBQ pits and picnic tables on the beach behind the complex. Cable TV; high speed internet

Attractions nearby include casinos, a variety of restaurants, golfing, fishing, shopping, museums, and an art gallery.

SPECIAL NOTES:
The unit will be supplied with a stater of soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, a couple of laundry pods, dish detergent, trash bags for each trash dispenser, paper towels and toilet paper to get you through your first 24 hour stay.

Guest must be a minimum age of 25 to rent the property. The guest's name on the reservation must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved time period.

Guest must also provide a state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment.

NO SMOKING in the unit or on the balcony.

One covered parking space and a common parking area for your second vehicle if needed.

NO PETS allowed. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF PETS ARE FOUND IN THE UNIT AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

*Resort Fee is set by the complex, which is $75.00 per reservation. This is included with the cleaning fee charge.
