This home is also just a few miles from Galveston Island State Park for spectacular hikes and only 14 miles from the heart of Galveston where you'll find countless shops, restaurants, galleries, and other attractions.

The interior of this very inviting home boasts a number of desirable features and amenities including a well-equipped, full kitchen to help you whip up your favorite recipes, a dining area with a table for six for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with comfortable seating and a streaming-capable TV ready for movie nights!

Outside, fire up the gas grill and meet up at the picnic table for summertime cookouts, or enjoy soothing soaks in your private hot tub. You'll also find an outdoor shower, a darling patio with a bistro table and chairs for afternoon coffee, and a furnished and covered deck accessible from the living area.

An amazing place for a relaxing birthday weekend! The one room downstairs was a nice seperator between couples and it was super clean and stocked. But far the best Vrbo I've ever stayed in and we visit the beach at least once a year!

Frank was a great host! The house was perfect for a long weekend away and with in walking distance to the beach the houses outdoor shower is perfect to knock off all the sand. The Hot Tub was an added bonus to end the day!

Awesome family vacation cottage

Absolutely loved our stay here in Jamaica Beach. Beautiful neighborhood, kind neighbors, quiet with easy access to the beach. Love the hot tub and outdoor shower. A really nice home for family stays… the kids loved the extra room to hang out.

Wonderful Stay, Pet-Friendly and Relaxing

Our stay at this house was wonderful! It was a nice, cozy retreat. We especially appreciated that the hot tub was in perfect working order, which made for a very relaxing experience. The home was impeccably clean, and it was a huge plus that pets were allowed. We also noted that one of the bedrooms was separate and on the lower level, but this didn't bother us at all and offered a unique layout. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

I chose this house because of the proximity to the beach, the bay and the seller was the hot tub! My husband is a blue collar worker and really puts his body through it! That hot tub was one of the best we’ve ever used. House is exactly as described! Very comfortable, nice spot in the neighborhood too!

We enjoyed staying at this location as it was clean, quiet and in close proximity to the beach. The host Frank was very communicative and helpful. His home was well maintained and had all the needs for a family of 6. We also have two young boys and he had some great beach toys that they loved playing with. The hot tub was a bonus and we enjoyed that it was covered. There were multiple touch down spots that we were able to enjoy (ie patio gatherings etc). with nice views.

Summer Vacation

It fit all our kids comfortably, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Our kids/teens LOVED it and want to come back. We have been to many beach houses over the years, so that’s a compliment! Clean, and a great location with a relaxing hot tub.

This property is very kid and pet friendly, but would also be perfect for a coupes getaway. I booked for the 3 separate rooms and hot tub but would book again for the convenience and deck! They had anything and everything we 'might' have forgot. My family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The island was very quiet and calm. The weather was cooler and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax. I appreciate how lit up the stairs were due to my mom having knee issues. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. I also appreciate not being directly on the beach because of how windy it got. I would also go as far as to say this place does have beach views if you look under the blue building on the patio you can see the waves and beach.

The perfect weekend

We arrived to fine the property perfectly clean and the instructions for check in were easy and straight forward. We had enough room to have alone time with partners and plenty on wonderful amenities to keepbeveryone happy. The beach was a nice walk from the house clearly marked. The hot tub was immaculate and perfect to enjoy with a cool drink after a hot day in the sun. We will definitely book again when we come back.

Over all great place to stay

Great location, looked like cleaners were a little lazy cleaning on more than one occasion by the dust and grime build up on certain areas but over all quiet relaxing place. The double bed bedroom is downstairs a bit musty and their was dirty towels hanging and used soap bars left in shower but we didn’t use the room except to use the bathroom. There was also a stain on the shower curtain and food particles on placemats

The house is in a great community and offers anything you need for your stay. However, as someone mentioned in their stay the week before us the house was not clean. There was old cheese in the microwave, crumbs on the floor, and overall it felt rather dirty in there. TV in the living room needs to be updated as the color is going out. Our kids loved the fish in the pond.

Jamaica Beach Family Trip

This was our first time visiting Jamaica Beach and I wanted to bring my in-laws with us. This house was a perfect setup for our family. Frank was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We loved the fact that we were close enough to everything that we could ride our bikes, walk or take a vehicle. Wonderful oasis

Me my wife and 3 kids went on this trip and i gotta say it was just as it was showed. Frank oir host was amazing. His communication when messaging was fast response and always had a solution thank you frank. Hot tub was a highlight since it was the cooler time to go. The fish pond out by the hot tub was a nice addition as well. Very close to the beach we love jamacia beach and try to stay in this neigborhood everytime. Trip was qonderful

Beach Get Away

This is a great beach house in Jamaica Beach TX. Frank went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We have stayed in many VRBOs and we know when we go, we need to take our own food etc. When we arrived, there was coffee, sugar, red solo cups, paper plates, utensils. all things that are not required, but really nice! We had brought our own coffee, but it was a pleasant surprise to see the coffee there. Also, downstairs on the grill was EVERYTHING needed for a fire. We liked this house so much we decided to stay an extra day, and Frank made that happen. Great place to stay, close to the beach, very cute house!
