You will have the VRBO entirely to yourself. The entryway to the home is shared with the tenant who resides in the unit upstairs. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. Updated, spacious bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. There is a non-slip mat in the shower as well.

The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a comfortable, deep-seated, roomy sectional. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use.
