All windows and external doors have mosquito screens. In front of the house there is a balcony with individual barbecue, sink, table, chairs and a circular wall fan. The kitchen is American type, with air cond. Split Inverter, has all household items, stove, upright freezer, duplex refrigerator, microwave, Tostex, blender, mixer, electric mineral water cooler, cooler, 42 inch flat screen television (with SKY package), DVD. The house has beach chairs with a cart and umbrella. Garage for 2 vehicles. The condo has an intercom.
