Located at Laketown Wharf Resort, guests enjoy 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, lakefront boardwalk, two-story fitness center, nightly fountain show, and private beach access just across the street. Walk to Pineapple Willy’s, restaurants, attractions, and shopping, with Pier Park only minutes away.

Perfect for families, couples, and beach getaways looking for incredible views and a prime PCB location.

Things to Note:
- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.

The condo was very stunning from the spacious rooms to the beautiful balcony ocean view , the pictures didn't do any justice because it was 10x better in person, very well kept and clean, my family and I will be returning back next year for sure .

Great stay

Everything was great with the exception of elevator time. Needs more elevators but room was great. Master bedroom was hotter than other rooms seemed like ac was not working properly in master bedroom. Overall great stay.
