Wonderful property, great location, great community pool. Would love to stay here again. Lots of pots and utensils in the kitchen and lots of hooks in bathrooms to hang all the beach gear and towels on. Loved it!

We have rented this villa for a month ( 3/28-4/27), so as I write this review I’m still staying in the villa. This is our first time staying in palmetto dunes, and it is an active resort area with lots of activities and miles of bike and waking trails

Nice, Convenient, Clean

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It worked well for our family of six. The location was convenient and the house had all we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and multiple large TVs. I regret that I did not see in the fine print that I would be charged a fee for using a credit card to make the payment directly to the property management company. That is more of a complaint against VRBO rather than against this particular property.

Beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful rental, the bedrooms were spacious. Everything was very clean and suited our group of adults perfectly. Loved having three bathrooms. The beach is about a 5 minute bike ride away, which was perfect. Pool across the parking lot was very handy for those that worked part of the stay, they could just pop out and take a little break. General store nearby, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a beautiful area, very scenic. Lots of extra towels and the kitchen was stocked with lots of great utensils. Would stay here again!

Island Time was AMAZING!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cozy & comfortable! The beds are very firm. (If that’s what you like)The a/c is working very well! Refrigerator didn’t make ice for us. So, unfortunately we had to buy ice every day at the general store. It would be nice to have a better area for the grill. Grill worked nice though. It was a peaceful setting to sit on the back porch and watch the golfers every morning. Island Time was an amazing experience and we will use them again!! They were professional and provided top notch service!
