Ocean view cottages with direct beach access

Experience breathtaking ocean-front views while vacationing in 1 of 3 brand new cottages with direct access to one of PEIs beautiful Northshore beaches. Each cottage has the exact same layout and furniture. The ocean can be viewed from both levels of each cottage and the spacious second floor balconies. Enjoy semi-private access to the beach via a maintained grassy path.

The cottages are designed with families in mind. Each cottage is located in a quiet subdivision with its own large maintained yard. Experience the beach to its full capacity. Kids will enjoy playing in the sand, and a freshwater stream that runs directly on the beach. The water is great for swimming during the day and bass fishing at dusk. Finish the day by enjoying supper on the large second floor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Each two-story cottage contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

First Floor:
• 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, closet, tallboy dresser, and bedside table.
• 1 fully equipped bathroom, with a full bath/shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Spacious sitting area with pull out double sofa.

Second Floor:
• Master bedroom with king sized bed, tall boy dresser, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom contains a full shower/bath .
• Half bath off a large living room area.
• Fully functional kitchen and dining area.
• Large balcony to enjoy the ocean views.

Other details:
• Wifi included.
• Each cottage contains 3 heat pumps with air conditioning capability for your comfort (one in the main living area of each floor and one in the master bedroom).
• A barbeque and outdoor furniture will be provided.

This property is located 20-25 minutes from Charlottetown, 15 minutes from the Links at Crowbush Cove, and 20 minutes from Morell PEI.

Please note, as these cottages are brand new, we are currently in the process of decorating and completing finishing details. Grass has also been planted and will be grown before the summer season begins. Pictures will be updated periodically to show progress.

This a great property in a great location. Everything is perfect. My family of 10 stayed a week and we were all sorry to leave.Beautiful ocean view from the living room, master bedroom and deck. A real gem!

Awesome house, location and beach! A must return!

The house is beautiful, spotless, spacious, bright and with awesome views! Beach is a 2 minute walk down path over the dunes, is sandy, quiet and you could walk for an hour or more on it! A spectacular spot in PEI, a must return for us, thanks again for our stay!

Responsive host. Beautiful house and location. We have stayed at other rentals and we appreciated the extra stuff like blankets and basic kitchen needs that were there. This rental was almost empty and we had to purchase more items than usual. But certainly no complaints about the place itself.

Absolutely amazing house with private beach

Everything about this house was amazing. Every room had a breathtaking view. It was new and clean. It had an awesome desk with bbq. Great views of the sunset every night and steps from a beautiful private beach. I would look no more this is the place to rent. I give it a 10 stars!!

Great property, with nice views of the ocean which offers a nice beach and is easy and great to walk! Very clean and well equipped! Host was responsive and easy to communicate with at all times! The only downside was the fact that there are no groceries or restaurants close by but that’s the price to pay to be close to the ocean sometimes. But we knew this when we booked! No regrets….

Superbe emplacement

Chalet neuf, spacieux, avec belle vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Accès à une belle plage semi privée (5 minutes à pied maximum). Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, la vue, la propreté du chalet et la rapidité des hôtes à répondre à nos besoins. Par contre, le chalet aurait pu être un peu plus équipé dans la cuisine notamment.
