I appreciated the amount of AC this property had. This was a particularly hot summer and I quickly learned that rentals having AC isn’t a given. This place was comfortable and quiet.

The house is very spacious for a large group. The location is fantastic with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The screened in porch is lovely for evenings as the mosquitos are horrendous! Great property for kids to run around and 20-25 minutes from amenities. We appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with cooking tools and basics, including salt, pepper, oil and some spices. Close to Brackley beach which was our favourite out of the three we visited. Fresh oysters 5 mins away. The house was relatively clean when we arrived. Though the basement was full of sand and had to be fully swept. Stocking the house with paper towel and toilet paper would also be beneficial as we ran out within about a day or two. Given the bookings are required for one week minimum, it would be nice to be stocked in those items. Communication with the host was pretty good. There were some delays, but they were there within 24 hours for repairs when the screens in the porch blew out. Much appreciated given the bugs!Overall, would recommend for large groups travelling with kids.

We loved our stay at this VRBO! There were 6 adults and 5 children and it never felt cramped. The house was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more! The furniture is comfortable and provides lots of seating. The screened in porch is huge and a great added bonus. Large deck facing the water provides for the most beautiful sunsets! The yard has lots of room for games and kids to play. We did not utilize the boardwalk or water in front of the house as we were too busy sightseeing. This location is perfect to take in all things PEI!

I booked the house for my entire family for a week trip to PEI. The owners were accommodating and easy to communicate with and it easily slept all 12 of us, plus a couple of infants/toddlers. There was lots of room to have the adults visit, while the kids either played downstairs or outside. They had a beautiful deck and enclosed space beside the deck so that you could enjoy cards or socializing without feeling like you were going to wake others up. They had a beautiful view out the front windows of the bay outside. The bay is not good for walking along as there were lots of piles of weeds and clam or oyster shells all over, but the ospreys and blue herons were neat to watch while they hunted for their meals. The location was perfect as it was only 20 min outside of Charlottetown and less than 10 minutes to Brackley Beach. We spent lots of time at Brackley with the kids playing in the sand and water. It was also an easy 30 min drive to Cavendish and 45 min to Greenwich enabling us to do short day trips all over the place without ever feeling like any of the beaches in the national park were too far away. Considering the price of other homes in PEI, this one is very reasonably priced. Its not cheap, but its not outrageous either for its size, location and quality. I would definitely recommend it for large families looking for a beautiful place in PEI near the beaches.

My family and I enjoyed our one-week stay at this very well-equipped and spacious property. We were 6-9 people over the week. It is perfectly positioned for lots of exploring. The huge property was great for outdoor games and activities. It was interesting watching the comings and goings of the ospreys in a nearby nest.Responses to questions were answered quickly by the host. Would highly recommend for a large family gathering.

A fantastic stay!!The house was exactly what we needed for a wonderful family reunion. We enjoyed the whole house especially two living room areas and the outdoor deck with its Adirondack chairs. Amazing sunsets. Very close to Charlottetown, to beaches and golf courses. We want to go back next year! Thanks.
