Step into a modern, thoughtfully designed retreat renovated in 2023 and recently updated with new sleeping arrangements to give guests even more space and flexibility.

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed + twin loft bed + smart TV
• 2 full bathrooms

The Guadalupe River is **right on the property**, giving you easy access to one of the biggest reasons people come to New Braunfels.

Our private river access makes a convenient **exit point after a float down the Guadalupe**. Choose your preferred entry point upstream, enjoy the float, and exit right back at the property.

Between the condo and river is a large grassy green space, giving the property an open, relaxed feel with plenty of room to enjoy being outdoors.
