Nested in the Lakefield Farms neighborhood, you'll have access to Lawrence Pond's private beach access, a playground, and a tennis court. When you aren't playing on the beach or engaging in some playful competition on the tennis court, check out the Sandwich Glass Museum, Scusset Beach State Reservation, the Adventure Park at Heritage Museums, or the Hoxie House Historical Museum. The town also boasts a great mix of shops and eateries to indulge in.

Back at your stay, you'll quickly take notice of the hardwood flooring, ample natural lighting, and modern amenities throughout. The kitchen will be well-loved by the chef of your group with its gleaming countertops and updated appliances. There are smart TVs available in the living room, basement, and primary bedroom - ensuring you don't miss an episode of your favorite show! A great additional perk is the downstairs game room, offering multiple games for the whole family to enjoy. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and children's items like baby gates and a high chair.

Outside, the backyard offers a firepit, a large play area, and a portable baseball backstop.

Things to Know
Guests must register with HOA at the clubhouse/private beach and pay a $25/week fee for access to the private beach on Lawrence Pond, tennis court, and children's play area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
