About this property
Spacious family-friendly mountain cabin has ATV Trails, rafting, National Parks.
You can hear Pine Creek from your bedroom and view the mule deer with their fawns moving through the yard. Wild turkeys and their chicks often pass through the wildflower areas. We have counted over 110 species of native birds on this resort. Nearby are great fishing, rafting, hiking, bike riding, and direct access to off-roading ATV and jeep trails. We also have RV spaces on the Bullion Creekside Retreat for your friends or relatives.
This premium spacious cabin is tastefully decorated in a Western Americana style that is in sync with the mining, cowboy, and Native American history of this part of Utah. This roomy vacation cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, barbeque grill, 2 large 360 degree view decks, washer and dryer, WIFI and two smart TVs. There is also an outdoor fire pit (firewood provided) by the picturesque creek. There is a picnic area under the creek-side trees with a table and hammock. There is a grassy, shady playground for the children with tetherball, sand-box, slide, volleyball, cornhole, and 4 swings.
Note: Pets are not generally allowed in the cabin or parking area however if you have very well-behaved you can talk to me about it and maybe I’ll allow it with an appropriate fee.

About the host
Hosted by Bryan Burrell
We are the hosts, Bryan and Ana Maria Burrell. We own and host the Bullion Creekside Retreat and have explored the back country of Utah for 40 years. We are anxious to answer your questions and impart information about the Paiute Trail and Marysvale Utah area. We have been riding the Paiute Trail heavily since 1993 when we purchased property with direct access to the Paiute Trail. We hiked the trails and rode the backcountry trails of Utah almost every weekend while raising their family and know well the fun and interesting areas of the state. We have a thorough knowledge of Central and Southern Utah (including the Paiute ATV and UTV Trails) and are anxious to help you know the facts so your stay will be fun, trouble-free and even educational. We have broad interests and are always willing to sit down and have a good discussion with you to answer your inquiries about the area and what there is to do and see. We participate in and can give information on many outdoor activities including Jeep, ATV, and UTV riding, highway and off-road motorcycling, bird-watching, rock-hounding, wildflower and plant identification, fishing, hunting, geology, hiking, digital photography, canyoneering, mountaineering, animal watching, Native American lore, art, and crafts. In 1997, we bought the undeveloped 8 acres on the creek in beautiful Bullion Canyon at the ideal elevation for year-round living. It was not too near the town but not too far and and also not too cold and not too hot. We envisioned a vacation retreat primarily for ATV fans before it became a popular notion in Piute County. This cabin in a location central to the great attractions of south and central Utah. We architected the building and retreat design to handle a family or a group and to be oriented toward nature and the outdoors. For example, most dwellings in Marysvale face the street ... this log and wood vacation home which we built from the ground up faces the creek, woods, and mountains ...
Why they chose this property
This retreat is sitting on prime land with 360 degree view of the high Tushar range to the west and the Monroe Mountain Range to the East. Beautiful Pine Creek splashes off the high Bullion Falls and then gurgles down famous Bullion Canyon of Gold right past the Bullion Creekside Retreat. Wild Cutthroat, Brown, and Rainbow Trout frequent the rifts and pools and offers good fishing nearby. You never know when a mule deer doe with fawns will come out of the nearby wildflowers and sagebrush onto the playground meadow to feed. The property also holds many other mountain critters including squirrels, chipmunks, cottontails, raccoons, and an occasional bobcat night visitor.
What makes this property unique
Our guests can roast marshmallows in the fireplace adjacent to the creek with natural firewood cut and provided by the retreat. This property is far from the highway noise that plagues many cabins and RV spots along the busy highway. We also have few mosquitos compared to many of the locations along the Sevier River bottom-lands.
