About this property

MARYSVALE UT-Charming 3Bed/2Bath Cabin 1400 sq ft TOP FLOOR on OHV Paiute Trail

It would be a pleasure to host your vacation getaway! This charming Top Floor cabin in Marysvale is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Three bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds, 2 combo twin/full size bunk beds, plus 2 full bathrooms (there is also a twin pullout if needed.)
This property offers all the comforts of home while providing stunning mountain views. A Swamp Cooler provides cool air throughout the unit in the daytime, but it gets a little chilly on summer nights, so opening the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air is usually preferred.

Experience the Bullion Canyon Lodge located just 20 miles north of Butch Cassidy ‘s family home, a national registered landmark. Gateway to Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks. Take your off-road steed on all of the best trails Paiute county has to offer. Marysvale... a time capsule of yesteryear, gives you a glimpse into the old ways and hard cowboy living that made America what it is.

TOP FLOOR ONLY - TOP FLOOR IS 1400 SQUARE FEET WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE AND DECK - Host lives on site (unfortunately NO PETS) $18 per person, PER NIGHT after 4 guests - message if you have any questions or need a pre total before booking!

Great Stay For Families

The location of this property is perfect for any visit to Marysvale. It’s close to Miner’s park with plenty of ATV trails and a short hike to an amazing waterfall. It’s also close to Big Rock Candy Mountain that has tons of fun activities including rafting and they offer bike rentals as well. The property is also close to the Fremont Indian State Park. It’s worth a visit especially with kids to see petroglyphs. They have short easy trails perfect for families such as the Cave of 100 hands and Sheep Shelter. The property is also very close to one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried, Tomatoes Pizza Pie, give it a try! The property itself is roomy and has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating. I had no problem cooking and serving meals to my family of six. The two full bathrooms made it easy to clean up at the end of the day since we had two showers to utilize. The TV and comfortable couches were great for movie night and we had fun playing the games that were there. The view is beautiful and the deck has a BBQ and some nice seating. We were provided plenty of paper towels and the sandwich baggies were helpful on our last day to pack lunch in preparation for our long car ride home. Peggy is a great host and was friendly and willing to help at any time! Something to note: *There is a washer and dryer for clothes on the property, but there is a cost of 6.00 to use them.
