I do not recommend it, the elevators do not work, the hotel fee is very expensive, the room is very small for 2 beds, the ice machines do not work, the pool bar has a bad service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when resort amenities, such as the elevators and ice machines, are not functioning properly. As these facilities are managed by the resort, we have shared your comments with their management team for review. The resort fee is established by the resort and is disclosed prior to booking. We also understand that room size is a matter of personal preference, and we encourage guests to review the room descriptions and layouts before making a reservation to ensure they best fit their needs. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool bar service and will pass your feedback along to the resort. Guest feedback is valuable and helps identify areas for improvement. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you'll consider giving the resort another opportunity in the future.
