PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS:
The Palms of Seagrove A9 offers a private beach access through a boardwalk located just steps outside the building.

COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS:
Just steps away from the pool deck! The Pool is located on the Western side of the complex.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed.
NO pets.
Check out time is 10 am
Check in time is 4 pm
Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.

GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.

BEACH TOWELS:
This home does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own.

BEACH CHAIR SET UPS:
This complex has an exclusive beach chair vendor. To set up beach chair service at an additional cost you will need to contact them directly to arrange. The name of the company is called Beach Chairs 4 U.

Condo was very clean and nicely renovated & furnished. View off the balcony was beautiful. Would have preferred some comfier outdoor furniture to relax on and some type of direct TV vs only apps. The construction next door could be loud at times but overall pretty tolerable. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was a small cooler which was great for the beach. Would likely stay here again.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is very modern and clean, and stylishly decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we also took advantage of the bikes that came with the rental. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to return again to this unit!

We love this location as it is close to where our friends stay during the same time period. The renovated unit is fantastic and well done. It would be nice to have a ramp for taking a wagon of stuff to the beach versus hauling it up and down steps. But view, location and newly renovated rates extremely high in our book.

We were in town for a wedding over the past weekend. The place is great and beautifully decorated. We didn’t cook or use much of the kitchen. The only thing missing were good wine glasses. They had some, just not to my personal taste. That being said everything else was perfect.

Very nice condo, would have 5 stars but I contacted y'all to help me celebrate my wife's 70 birthday. Lisa said how y'all love planning things like this for guests. Well nothing happened, no flowers, charcuterie board, even after a follow up email. I was very disappointed.
