This is our second stay at this property. We just love everything about it. It is super clean and the host is responsive. Check in is a breeze. The beach view is breathtaking and the property is conveniently located. We plan on returning next year.

On Friday evening we got a text from manager, Ronna saying they had construction going on and scaffolding was obstructing our ocean view. Trash everywhere. That is one of the reasons we got that room. We can not go out or use the balcony. Front entrance was trashed up too. She knew weeks before they would be done and gave us a short notice like that. Then had the balls to lie to us again and said they would be done we’d, then it was Thursday. She also lied by telling us she give us a few days to decide and wouldn’t charge us. But we never heard from her again. My husband even called and texted, no response. She gave us 500 off. A no go back or deal with you

Unbeatable view and location. The private beach allowed plenty of room for guests staying at the property, without being crowded like the nearby public beaches. Unit is located within walking distance of Cafe Thirty-A and Prema Organic Coffee Shop. We rented electric bicycles to easily access the other neighboring towns. I will recommend this rental to anyone that asks for suggestions in the area, and will also be renting again in the future!
