Open floor plan, with kitchen, dining, and living room all sharing a wall of French doors opening up to the beach and bay. Gourmet kitchen great for entertaining. Two master bedrooms and 2 children's room. Directly on Rehoboth Bay: private sandy beach and water access right outside your door.

This property was fully renovated in 2015. It is fully equipped with a modern gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, top of the line cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. All new furniture and furnishings.
This two-story home will accommodate up to 2 families in 4 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an outdoor shower.
