Remodeled bathrooms and new bedroom furniture make Shoreline Towers Unit 1073 the perfect jewel of a condo for your stay on the Emerald Coast. Unit 1073 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located on the 7th floor of Tower 1 and has those dreamy gulf views everyone talks about. Take a seat on the open balcony and enjoy your morning cup of coffee as this Tower faces southwest and remains shaded the first half of the day. Please see pictures.

There is a new air and water jetted tub in the spacious master bathroom. This unit is wheelchair and power chair accessible; there is dual elevator access to the floor, the threshold is negligible, and it includes movable ramps to access the balcony and to roll into the master shower if needed. For your convenience, you will find the Keurig coffee maker, a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. There is enough space in the master bedroom to set up a child's portable play pen or crib in the extra wide hallway around the corner from the bed. The living room television is equipped with Chromecast and all three televisions have Blu-ray players. Inclduded there is free WIFI in the unit and on the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped whether you want to bake a cake, roast a turkey or cook a batch of gumbo. Come and enjoy this truly special unit.

A teriffic experience

There were many updates that were not in the pictures such as new couches, rugs, dining table, and a fridge with water and ice. Everything was well decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen was well appointed. When initially looking at the property description and pictures, it was hard to tell exactly how far of a walk it would be from the unit to the beach. Well, you're literally only steps away. Also, a nice feature was there was a ramp and stairs to get to the beach. Therefore, getting our wagon to the beach was easy. There were also hoses to clean off the sand after leaving the beach. Also of note, getting into the unit was easy. Upon arrival, we checked into the guard shack. Then, all we had to do was enter a code to get in the door of the unit. Everything was keyless and we never had to have contact with anyone from the property. Our family had a great time, and we would highly recommend.

Night and Day

We walked in in the property looked awesome on the outside. It was very well decorated. We're excited to see that the same rug that's in our living room was in its living room. Everything on the surface looked good. When we tried to fill up the whirlpool tub we found out the water heater is not big enough to heat water for a tub that big. That was said by maintenance. Also the tub that was not in the master suite kept backing up and clogging and holding water. We didn't think about it until the evening when we came in from the beach to shower so we didn't end up getting to have it fixed while we were there. Which is why it was still backed up when we left. The TVs did not work until we called maintenance. The refrigerator, washer and dryer we're all excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The guys at the umbrella and chair place no matter how early we got down there always put us on the very back row which was aggravating. When we asked management about it they had no idea it was happening and also had no remedy for the situation. That was very frustrating considering we were up and out there early and should have gotten a front row seat several mornings. It was very well equipped in the kitchen.

Management

Condo was great. However, my brand new truck was hit in the parking lot, was instructed by security to notify management by the name of Wendy. She was very unprofessional, and rude. Wendy would not even give us 2minutes of her time. Also she called the police on us , and instructed employees not to give us any contact information, so we could report her to superiors.

Condo had just been renovated so the furniture in the photos had been upgraded and better than pictured. The balcony faced the beach and was shaded in the mornings. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable and sat high so you are able to see over the rail. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked better than any other condo I have rented. The pool area was also clean and well maintained. The office staff (Paige and Sharon) were so very helpful in finding just the right condo for us on short notice and all that our party needed. If I have a complaint it would have to be location of the pool. It was a long walk from Tower I and just seemed misplaced. Location of property was good - we felt safe and it was convenient to restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Back Porch, and Dewey Destin’s Harborside. Tried to eat at Boshamps but wait was always 2 hours. A down side was the 2nd bedroom was off the outside hallway which had lights that stay on all night. The window coverings did not darken the bedroom and therefore the room was bright at night when trying to sleep. We had a wonderful stay, didn’t want to leave and will return.

The doorways were wide enough for wheelchair to fit through. Bed in the condo sat really high. If you are in a wheelchair and not able to stand. Will need help onto the bed. Our family had a fun time. Loved sitting on balcony and hearing the ocean waves at night. Would highly recommend staying here.

We got off to a bumpy start with problems with the tv, 7 remotes with no instructions on what remote worked what and the automatic door lock which took 3 days to get corrected. Once we got that done, our stay was great and we are already looking to schedule our next 2 week stay next year.

Great property, location and experience for the week.

Overall it was great. Updated condo was spacious and gorgeous. Views from the balcony were amazing and the balcony furniture was just great. The condo was in a great location with many close restaurants and shops. The beach set up was a great added feature and a must have. I will say the cleaning crew could be more thorough as we needed to re-clean bathrooms and comforters. Overall, great property and we plan to return. The Kelley’s

Anniversary trip

My husband and I wanted to find a warm area to travel to for our 1 year anniversary. After seeing the beautiful clear blue water of Destin, we knew we had to go. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. We loved having beach chair and umbrella rentals everyday and the guy would ask us the day before where we wanted it for the next day and have it ready for us. The staff in the office for checking in were so polite and professional. We loved our stay here and plan to come back for more!

Perfect View

The condo was exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular! The location was close to everything (shopping, grocery store, restaurants). Super easy check in/out. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs & umbrella.
