Small, clean, updated and well-located accommodation

We were surprised at how small the room was, and that the bed was a futon. But it was nicely updated and very clean, and had a lovely view of the park across the street. Easy walking distance to the opera house and historic district.

Miriam was respectful, communicative, and left the space in excellent condition. She offered feedback during and after her stay, which I appreciated.
