Beautiful Place

Enjoyed our stay … house is lovely! Our only issue was the snow and making it up the driveway to the garage. Given no snow removal, it would have been helpful to have a shovel in the garage. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay! Very nice. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Huge shower in master! Nice little balcony! Lots of steps so may not be suitable for everyone.

Fantastic new condo

My friends and I had a conference at Mizzou and we wanted to stay close to campus but not in a hotel. This was the perfect place/location. It accommodated three of us easily. The new condo is beautiful and the owner has stocked it with everything you will need for your stay. Thank you, we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable Nice of Nick to supply coffee and some snacks. Plus shampoo and conditioner. Good thing because I forgot to bring mine.

Clean and comfy condo

We stayed for summer orientation at Mizzou. Super close to campus. Condo was very clean, beds were comfy, lots of extras were thought of! (Really appreciated the supplied coffee/granola bars!) super easy to use the lock(self check in) Overall a great place to stay! There were lots of stairs which did not bother us but may be an issue for some.

Quick trip to Columbia (Mizzou)

We wanted to comfortable Place to spend the night that was near downtown and Mizzou. The location set up and price made it very compelling versus hotel options. The property is very nice although as mentioned previously, there are a lot of stairs if that could be a potential issue for your party. Nick went above and beyond post our stay as we discovered my son left some thing at the property. He was very prompt in his communication. We hope to get the opportunity to stay there again.

Keep up on maintenance

Preventive maintenance and overall upkeep of these beautiful units is non existing. This is our 3rd stay in last 15 months and the place is going down the drain. Lack of safety maintenance and neglect of repairs on your units will cost you morr in the end you more

Beatiful Property; Great Host

The condo is brand new and sooo nice. The living area is large and accommodating to groups for gathering to eat and watch TV. The bedrooms are nice sized. It is advertised as a 3-bedroom, 3-bath. It should be 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The half bath is on the main living room floor. There are two full bathrooms in the top floor with the bedrooms. The host was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to check out a little late. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Columbia and we will recommend to our friends. The location was ideal for accessing Mizzou, downtown, and there was a Walmart nearby and lots of restaurants ver close. Thank you!
