Beautiful 2 story beach front house with ground floor Patio and Sand Bar. Home is located on the exclusive North Captiva Island, where a short scenic Ferry trip is needed to bring you to the island. It is truly an unspoiled paradise where golf carts rule. House has an open living/dining/kitchen plan with 1/2 bath on top floor and covered lanai for best ocean and Sunset views. The wrap around balconies of the home allow for both sunrise and sunset views. First floor has 3 bedrooms, master king bed suite with full bath, and 2 other bedrooms each with a queen and twin bed and a shared full bath. Each has access to covered screened in deck for ocean viewing and back deck for sunrise viewing also with wrap around balconies. Bottom floor is a covered, sand in your toes full beach bar area, including long bar with swing chairs, decking and couches, outdoor kitchen and enclosed shower. Steps to and from the beach in comfort while entertaining.
