The spacious 1,824 sq ft condo is perfect for a group of friends & family of 6 comfortably. Located conveniently near wedding venues, breweries, Margaritaville & many restaurants.

The space
Comfort and Luxury
with all the accommodations. Bedroom 1 is downstairs with a king size bed and with its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located upstairs with a share Jack & Jill bathroom.
Lots of comfortable
seating and areas for families to gather. Flat screen TV's in every room with Firesticks. Fully equipped washer and dryer. Fridge with filter water and ice maker. Comfortable outside patio furnitures with a gas fire pit. No hassle finding parking spots, we have 2 assigned covered parking spots right in front of the condo.

Guest access
We will need the names of adults coming on to April Sound property so that the security guards at the entrance gate will allow you to enter. When arriving to the gate, stay on the left side to be check in. You will need to give our address and your name to security guard each time you enter April Sound community.
Code to door will be given on the day of check in along with internet access.
Other things to note
Out of respect for our full time neighbors, there is NO PARTIES or PETS allow. Smoking is only allow outside of property. This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of any neighbors. There is a 10pm noise ordinance. Please keep it to a minimum at that time. Rule breakers will be asked to leave by owners and security, no refund.
We do not have broadcast or cable service. But we have Fire Stick connected to each tv. You can stream
Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV and other apps using your own account by login in. Please don’t forget to log out if you don’t want other guests to use your account. Host will not be responsible to your account.
As much as we love our pets, April Sound has many rules and restrictions with pets and due to some guests with pet allergy, we must say no pets allow. We are truly sorry and thank you for your understanding.
