Located in a beautiful gated community of April Sound with many walking trails, tennis courts and other amenities and just 20 minutes drive from the major Interstate. The studio features nice size kitchenette with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, sink and all the essentials: plates, cups, utensils, and kitchen towels, a full size bath featuring a bath tub, a good size closet and shelving space. Washer and dryer are available at no cost.

This is a freshly remodeled studio in a gated community on Lake Conroe.

The studio has a full-size bath, a kitchenette (no dishwasher or oven); has a breakfast area table; a pullout sleeping sofa (queen size), and a window unit AC.

Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive.
