Large Ocean Front 3 bed 3 bath Penthouse condo. Authentic Mexican decor. Enjoy the sounds of the waves from the Master bedroom and living areas of this 2800 sq ft condo with large outdoor living space. Wide hallways and open living space will make you proud to call it home during your stay! Enjoy the salt water pool or the Palapas on the senic beach Playa Esmeralda. Quiet 33 unit condo building, 15 min South of the Romantica zone and all the amazing restaurants and shopping it offers. 10 min from the charming fishing village and beach of Mismaloya. Watch whales from the balcony when in season. Locals come from far away to enjoy some of the clearest waters in Vallarta. Dont worry as the beach in front of the condo is quiet with private lounge chairs and palapas. It offers some amazing snorkeling and it seems there is a resident turtle often swimming about. A sandy beach and swimming area less than 50 yards down the beach!

Why they chose this property
It's so tranquil with the sound of the waves all day and night but still only 10 min away from the action. The clarity of the ocean is some of the best in PV!!
What makes this property unique
Hard to imagine a better view! The huge outdoor living space and the wide hallways make it feel so large. The traditional Mexican decor make it feel like Mexico!
