Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is a brand new construction with water views. Walking distance to popular restaurants and pebble beach.

***For confirmed bookings-you will be contacted a day before or morning of checkin with instructions on how to access the home/schedule a time to meet for keys at the property

Ideal for family/extended family. No unrelated guests allowed. No pets/smoking/parties of any kind (including bachelor/bachelorette’s)

Hot tub open from May 1-Oct 31 Please avoid leaving screens and doors open as it can be buggy at night. Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day we book back to back rentals/schedule service visits and other appts during turnovers. As a result we are unable to offer an early check in or late check out. Please consider this prior to booking. Year round, guests should assume that check in and check out times are not flexible.

-children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Bromine tablet device must remain inside hot tub to avoid extra cleanings.
