Great stay

St Lucia wonder

Relaxed wonder is St Lucia. Loved it. Friendly staff at Indigo Pearl. Lucian's helpful and friendly. Beach near by. Lots of restaurants and night life. Taxi from Hewanorra to Rodney Bay Indigo Pearl is an experience.Appreciated the beer on the trip with Steve from Paradise Taxi Service.Booked for 2026.

The location was great-very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything very convenient. Property manager was VERY responsive to our questions and provided a very thorough guide to address the home and provided many options of activities. He also set up our shuttle to and from the airport which was greatly appreciated. However we were surprised to learn partway through our stay that we had exceeded our electrical allowance. We had only been running the air conditioner at night in two bedrooms, so this was unexpected. Additionally, checkout time was 11am but the cleaning gal arrived at 9am which wasn’t ideal and made the departure feel rushed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent location.

Wonderful stay .

The townhouse is exactly as in the pictures : Very spacious , nice furnishings , beautiful decorations all over & extremely clean . It gave a feeling of being in a real home , not in a hotel type place. Plenty of storage space & A LOT ( really , a lot ) of hangers . I do not like to put my clothes in drawers or on shelves & this was a pleasant finding . Every piece of clothing we had was on a hanger. The bedding was very comfortable , the AC properly working . The kitchen had everything a very well stuffed household kitchen would have . Way more than you would need for a short stay & perfect for long stays & cooking at home . We travel a lot & I can say this was the most equipped kitchen ever . The towels were of high quality & we had 3 complete sets per person . Robes & pool towels provided . You can relax in the evening & have a glass of wine in the balconies or around the pool . Perfect location . Everything was in walking distance. A grocery store was just one block away . Rodney Marina was just 10 min walk away & also 10 min walk to a lot of restaurants & another grocery store . The beach is only 15 min walk . We took the shuttle which is provided as a courtesy to guests at the villa from Rodney Bay Hotel to the Rodney Bay Beach Resort which is on Reduit Beach & used the chairs & umbrellas there . The owner is really involved & very responsive if you need him Also he provided complete information about check in , the area , trips you can take , restaurants, etc…. There was nothing we needed to know & was not in the information he sent or in booklet we found . To sum it up , we highly recommend it .

The property was centrally located, which we really liked. By the pictures on VRBO it looked like you could see the Marina, you can't, big unfinished concrete structure in the way, not a deal breaker but something people should be aware of. Didn't spend a lot of time indoors but had to go in to get out of rain showers once in a while, the furniture is very uncomfortable. Here was my biggest problem the owner attempted to contact me every day for the first 10-14 days trying to organize and offer to arrange activities. He was upset that I did not answer a lot of his attempts. I'm on VACATION if I need something from him I will contact him!!! Then when we did need him because AC was out he wanted my wife to troubleshoot with him. 2 out of 3 AC units were working fine we didn't need instructions on running the one that didn't. Nobody at airport or Helicopter company knew where Indigo Pearl was at because the complex is called Coast Villas, that would've been some good information to have. He had a cleaning lady come in once a week, she was excellent. He wouldn't allow us to use the washer for clothes and towels so instead of her being there for a couple of hours she was in our condo off and on all day on cleaning days because she was doing laundry for us. A very nice lady, but if that wasn't the case then it might not be that fun having someone you don't care for in your condo all day long. So I would advise strongly to allow tenants to use laundry, which they did in the other units in complex.

Beautiful Villa, Great Location, Rodney Bay!!!

The villa is decorated and has everything you will need, we stayed for 17 days and we cook almost everyday, the kitchen furnishings were complete (more than in our own home), the home entertainment system come with free cable TV and WiFi (powerful like US or Canada), we did not open the TV for 17 days (the terrace, the swimming pool, the balcony in the second floor, no time for TV) but we use the WiFi for the whole time without inconvenience. Reid & Glenda as owner are out of the ordinary, informative, helpful, without been intrusive, we use their recommendations for taxi company, Mr. Stevenson, for pick up at Airports and to hike the Gros Piton, reliable, secure and informative taxi company, Beatrice tour representative from the Bay Garden Hotel, she can help booking anything with a smile and professionalism ( we took the helicopter tour of the North/South of the Island, recommended if you have some extra $$$ for fun, also the Catamaran and mud bath at Soufrière, etc), we rented a car to learn how to drive by the left (those British islands!!!) and Sybil George was suggested by Mr. Reid and the lady delivery with professionalism and took care of our need to best of her ability. It was a perfect vacation at Rodney Bay in Saint Lucia. Anne & Antonio

OUTSTANDING

The villa and its owner Reid were outstanding. The pictures accurately reflect the villa. It is spacious, very tastefully decorated and a comfortable "home base" from which to see St. Lucia. The furnishings and the bedding were of high quality. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans. The balcony off the master bedroom was our favourite place to have a glass of wine and relax from the sun filled days. While we did not use the pool it was inviting to look at. Reid was simply the best owner we have ever dealt with. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of during our stay. He responded promptly and resolved things within 24 hours. The villa is a bit off the beaten path which was exactly what we wanted. A 15 minute walk to Rodney Bay and the beach. Away from the crowds but close enough to be connected. A highly recommended accommodation.

Loved our stay in this villa!

We found this villa to be in an excellent location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, the marina, etc. It was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. We did have a problem with the refrigerator when we arrived, but Reid was very quick to get a repairman onsite to do some repairs. Later in the week we found the air conditioning unit not working in the second bedroom and again, Reid was quick to get someone out there to take a look at it. Unfortunately, it needs to be replaced and that is not something that is quick to do. So, the second bedroom was quite warm in the evening. But, everything else was wonderful! We loved the pool (so handy to be just outside of our door). Everything was clean and well kept. We loved St Lucia and loved the villa. We used Paradise Taxi for transfers to the airport and other excursions. We found Stevenson to be very responsive to our needs. Perfect location!

St Lucia review

The owners of this property could not have been more helpful, we had a problem with the safes and it was quickly resolved. I also lost some personal items on the beach and they even helped me recover them. The unit was very clean and well maintained, the house keeper very friendly and even the grounds keeper lent me his phone to talk to the owner! This unit is within walking distance of the town and the beach so no car required. I would give this a 5 star if not for the partially built units right next door that detract from the area, however this is not the fault of the owners. Our stay was in February and we were very happy indeed and can recommend highly. Reid, you were great and looked after U.S. 100%

Excellent location, spacious accommodations and a personal concierge!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. The villa is beautifully decorated and has everything a couple could need. Location is perfect too! A short walking distance from Rodney Bay with a few morning gems. The felly belly smoothie bar and both coffee shops are excellent. There are also a ton of restaurants and 3 grocery shops. Use trip advisor for restaurant selections. Stay in top 10. Spice of India was fantastic. Flavors in gros islet too! Beware: island time is a real thing. Average waiting time 30-45min for food. Sometimes 10-15 to get a drink. But just relax and enjoy the slow pace. As far as things to do, the bay gardens hotel has a shuttle which brings you to bay gardens resort. They have a beach, pool, bar, water sports, music and food options. Make sure to get towels at the hotel beforehand. They also have a concierge that can book day trips and tours. Book early. Reid, the owner was also GREAT. He arranged a private local chef to cook us a special 8 course dinner in the villa, a couples massage at a local spa, the local yoga center schedule and even a helicopter ride back to the airport. **If you can, arrange a helicopter ride to and from airport. Taxi ride is definitely scary and about 1.5-2 hours. I thought it would be nice to see the city and it was; however, there is one lane in and one out. The roads are excessivly curvy up and down the mountains and most everyone we spoke too had the same experience. Drivers are super friendly but the helicopter ride is 10 minutes and worth every penny!! $165per person US. Everyone speaks English and US currency is taken everywhere although it helps to convert to EC.

WONDERFULLY ENJOYABLE STAY

My wife and I spent 12 glorious days in Unit #10; we couldn't have been happier with it! The Villa was clean, quiet, secure, comfortably roomy, bright and cheery. It was screened and air conditioned, nicely laid out, thoughtfully furnished, and very tastefully decorated with local art. Closets were ample, with a safe. Furnishings were complete, so we really didn't need to bring anything. There was a washing machine, and everything needed for air drying, ironing, etc. Extras such as grass beach mats were provided. 110v and 220v outlets fit all of our gadgets and chargers. The home entertainment system was great; we occasionally watched free cable TV and a few DVDs brought along. The patio and balcony both overlook a crystal clear pool, allowing relaxed lounging and enjoyment of pleasant sea breezes. The courtyard was surrounded by palms and lovely flowering bushes. Maintenance staff and the owners were all wonderfully personable and considerate! When we arrived, our unit was beautifully decorated with flowers and fronds, and supplied with fruits, snacks and assorted beverages. There was a book of written instructions for everything, with dining and tour suggestions -- so very helpful and complete. The location is very convenient within Rodney Bay, being just a few moments walk to grocery and bargain stores, and only 10 minutes more to shopping centres. Between the two is the Bay Gardens Hotel, which provides free shuttle service to the beach area. We didn't rent a car, but there was secure space to park one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saint Lucia! There's plenty to see and do around the island, and the population is so friendly -- loved it!

What a great vacation that was!!

We have just returned from a month away at this great location. It was everything that it was said to be and a more. Great villa, very clean and well appointed and the location was excellent. A 15 min walk to the beach (we never used the hotel taxi) which went very quickly as it meant a stroll past the stores. We did not hire a car this time but used a very helpful taxi driver and saw most of the island. Three very good supermarkets within minutes and plenty of restaurants. When you are away for that length of time you are looking for something above the basic and we found it here with extra touches that made it feel like our home . Reid was extremely helpful in making sure we got the most out of our stay and never "abandoned" us. This is certainly something we recommend and would be delighted if someone said "you are going back here"

Great place to decompress and soak in the Caribbean Sun

Normally our vacations involve travelling and exploring the areas we are in but you are mostly on the move. This year we wanted to try a longer vacation but in one spot to make it more relaxing and more time to take in the local area rather than hitting the highlights and moving on. The townhouse location is what caught our eye being close to everything so if you did not want to rent a vehicle you did not have to. The townhouse was great and the detailed instructions laid out by Reid and Glenda in the package sent to us was very helpful. The unit is well set up and very comfortable. Glenda and Reid have done a great job in decorating and setting up the units with all the amenities. They were there upon our arrival and very helpful in providing local information and taking the time to show us around the immediated area. The use of the shuttle from the Bay Gardens Hotel is very convenient to get to the beach but it is also a nice 15-20 minute walk. We would stop by Rituals Cafe along the way and have a nice coffee. Being there for a month we did not want to be eating out every night so it was very convenient to have the Super J Supermarket around the corner. There are actually 3 grocery stores within 10 minutes of the villa so there is no lack of food choices. We would buy as we needed something rather than stock up like home. Lots or variety to change it up. Good Chinese food at the Jade Garden Rest, Domino's Pizza, for quick meals and good restaurants for those nice meals. Highly recommend the Spice of India and the Big Chef Steakhouse. Two tours that we did that stick out as highlights was the Endless Summer Catamaran Tour to Soufriere which was a great day taking in the Botanical Gardens, Sulfur Mud bath, fantasic views of the Pitons and lunch at the Cocoa Plantation followed by snorkelling at Anse Cochon and a stop at Marigot Bay. The other was Horse back riding with North Point Riding, Marlon was great to deal with and we had a private quided tour with the Bushman. We were gone for 2.5 hrs at a cost of $50.00 US and went swimming in the ocean with the horses. Getting around was easy. Whether walking or taking the local bus or taxi everyone was helpful. We took the local bus to Casteries for the day for $2.25 EC. We were very comfortable with our location and highly recommend it to anyone.

All I have to say is "the best trip of a life time"! I have to say this villa is beautiful, clean and so well put together. The location of the villa is perfect. It was close for us to go to the bank, any store you need to buy food and groceries. It was great that we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to. We just made food each morning in the clean big kitchen and then ate at the local places for lunch and dinner. Like I said this trip was so fun and the villa was perfect! We will be back soon.

Great acommodations and immediate access to amenities and conveniences if needed.

The villa we stayed in was beautifully decorated. Everything had a personal touch and feel unlike hotel rooms which seem so uniformed in their presentation. The villa felt private and safe but also luxurious and comfortable. It had a nice sized living room and kitchen. There was also a market within a short skip that you could get fresh produce, meats, breads, etc. So if you had the desire to cook the kitchen was at your fingertips. The bedrooms and baths were clean and nice. The decor really gave you the sense of being in a tropical part of the world. The cool breeze that circulated through constantly was also a pleasant reminder of how nice it is to be in paradise. If you wanted to feel like you were at your home away from home in terms of electronics, TV, internet, etc this unit was up to speed. As listed in the description it has everything you need to keep in touch with the outside world. If you prefer to keep everything turned off and just enjoy breakfasts on the balcony and lunches at the local restaurants, then this is also the way to go! The proximity to the malls and shops was also a huge plus as if you didn't want to prepare your own food, you could walk to and grab food from the restaurants around the malls. The popular steakhouse, international restaurants, and fan fare were all represented, however, the tastiest food for the best price came from the restaurants established by the locals that served food for...the locals. You would probably not venture out of a hotel or all inclusive resort to get this type of local food, so one of the best things of the stay at the Indigo Pearl Properties was the immediate access to the street vendors and the restaurants serving the local food of the country. The villa is close to the beach and is practically right on the marina. There are so many things to see and explore that renting a car is almost a must. However, with so many sights and sounds all around you it would be easy just to keep on foot and soak it all in. Renting a car from BEEZ Rentals, the recommended vendor on the Indigo site, was a breeze. They were kind and polite and brought a clean and well kept car for us. Driving on the other side of the road is a little different, but not too tough. With so much to see and do you can't go wrong with picking St. Lucia for a vacation destination. If you end up deciding on going there give this villa serious consideration over hotels and resorts, you cant go wrong.

Great location and all the amenities of home.. Highly recommend it!

Our stay in the Caribbean Pearl Villa of Indigo Pearl Properties has been wonderful. The villa is very clean, beautifully decorated and located close to shopping, restaurants and the marina. We love to walk and we felt very safe in this area. Having Internet access allowed us to do research of the area and keep in touch with the kids back home via SKYPE. Truly a "home away from home".
