Super cute! Very welcoming and behind a BEAUTIFUL house. Check in was easy, and central to most of St.Pete. We enjoyed being in the guest house and the nice outdoor seating while we relaxed in between outings. We had a kid free weekend, but also thought about how next time we can bring our little one. There are lots of adult and family activities in the area. We really enjoyed driving through different neighborhoods and seeing the pretty houses. Everything about this place was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Great cozy place

It was a wonderful little place. Very clean and well designed. The hosts were absolutely great. They responded really quickly and checked if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Super cozy and relaxing place!

We were so blessed to get to stay in this adorable little cabin for one night while we enjoyed a beach vacation. The hosts were friendly and communicative! Everything was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend!

Our family stayed at the Guesthouse over Thanksgiving (2 adults, 2 toddlers) and it worked out wonderfully! I had a few questions over the course of the stay and Sydnei responded promptly and kindly - and was very accommodating if we needed help with any aspect! The rental is in a neighborhood that is a short drive to the St. Pete Pier (which we absolutely loved - definitely recommend checking it out, especially if you have littles with its large playground and beach area). The Guesthouse itself was very clean, the linens were clean...imagine a cozy studio that includes a kitchen, a loft for sleeping (ladder is not removable), a pull-out sleeping sofa, tv with lots of streaming options, wi-fi, bathroom with a good sized shower. 1-2 adults can comfortably sleep in the rental. The loft is a great idea for 1-2 older kids. If you have toddlers, reach out to Sydnei - she was super awesome and brought the loft bed down so we wouldn't have to worry about safety concerns. All in all, a great option if you're travelling to St. Pete and want a place that's cozy, clean, and comfortable.
