Property Manager Cabin #3 - A Very Large Cabin on Acreage. Wi-Fi! Pets Ok!

The Glacier Lodge is the perfect accommodation for larger family groups.

Situated on its own acreage, the lodge features a total of 12-bedrooms and

3.5-bathrooms on three floors that can be reserved in different

configurations. The main floor features a spacious kitchen area that is

perfect for group gatherings, with two large dining areas, one large living

area, and a 3/4-bath, along with access to the 3rd floor which features

5-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed, 1.5-baths, a laundry area with a

full size washer/dryer, and a loft living area with a full size hide-a-bed,

for a total of up to 12-persons. Opening up the bedroom area on the main floor

provides an additional 4-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed, for a total

sleeping capacity of up to 20-persons. Opening-up the 1st floor adds an

additional 3-bedrooms...two with 1-queen sized bed in each, and one with

1-king sized bed, a 3/4-bath, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer,

and a lounging area with a pool table, for a combined total occupancy of up to

26-persons. The outdoor park-like setting is perfect for gatherings with two

covered picnic tables and an outdoor gas grill. Please contact us for

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
