THIS IS BY FAR OUR FAVORITE VACATION SPOT!
Our modern, newly furnished and NON SMOKING condo is very well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge balcony and sleeps 6 people. STEPS FROM THE BEACH AND POOL, ALL ROOMS HAVE BREATHTAKING SEA OF CORTEZ VIEWS. Every room has a flat screen TV with Direct TV. There is also FREE Wi-Fi internet and hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has everything you need to cook a meal for eating in. The fish market is just minutes away from the resort! This condo also has a fully equipped laundry room, no need for heavy packing. The extensive patio has enough room for dining or lounging with your favourite book and margarita in hand while you enjoy the amazing view. Our central position provides morning and afternoon shade.

Rental includes maid service, towels as well as wristbands to access all amenities and services this luxury 4 Diamond (AAA) resort provides:
Bellboy, concierge, room service, underground parking with 24/7 security guards for 2 vehicles, swim-up pool bar, pool towels, free Kid’s Club, 2 restaurants with an excellent breakfast buffet and happy hour, free fitness room with modern equipment, convenience store, full service spa, 18 hole golf course and more.


RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RESORT you can find: Banana boats, jet skis, horse back riding, massage on the beach, and of course fresh mangos! This is the most beautiful, clean, fine sand, warm water beach you will find so close to the border. The people are friendly and helpful, food is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. We like to eat out and would be happy to recommend some local gems for you. We often make a family trip and have only had great experiences.

Check-in time is at 4pm. If you are early and your condo is not yet ready, reception will issue your wristbands and you are welcome to use all the facilities. They will then text you as soon as the condo is ready.

Perfect place to relax

This resort is the ideal place to go and relax. The condo was exactly what we expected from the listing. The host was kind enough to email me ahead of time letting me know about road conditions! Would definitely stay again.

Been visitng Puerto Peñasco for 25 years. Since Las Palomas opened I’ve been staying at this resort in different owner suites. I’ve stayed in the penthouse, the 3 bedrooms hanging over the beach, and everything in between. This is an excellent property with just the right touch of features and cultural design influence. Great stay and thank you so much! Oh, and property owner is very easy to contact and quick to respond if needed.

Great weekend getaway!

Stayed for two nights, three adults and two kids. This was the first time we stayed in phase I and I have zero complaints! Far enough away from the elevator that you don’t get any noise, nice large master bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom. I hadn’t received confirmation directly from the resort, so I reached out to the host a few days before our stay. She responded quickly and made sure my reservation was good to go so that we had no issues upon check in! All in all a great stay and would stay again!

Everything was great! We were able to get early check in and our host was very responsive. The only issue was that we couldn’t get the tv’s to work! Luckily one of our friends brought their fire stick! Other than that everything else was great!

The room and the views were breathtaking! We had to call the service desk as the fridge wasn’t cooling and the AC wouldn’t turn on right away but they took care of it quick!

The property is very well taken care of. Staff is very courteous. The condo is clean and has a wonderful view in the center of it all. Balcony is as big as the inside for outdoor living. The resort is very well maintained and secure. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The only challenges we ran into happened at check-in. We waited in line for 30 minutes and then we were told the condo was not ready. We were eventually let into the condo around 6:00pm and it was still in the process of being cleaned. After house cleaning left, we noticed the floors, table surfaces, and refrigerator were missed and were pretty dirty. Aside from that, we had a wonderful time. The location of the condo allowed for easy access to the amenities. Overall, we were very comfortable and had a relaxing stay.

Overall great property!!!

Great property. No major issues and amazing views. A little dated but everything in good condition. Huge balcony! The overall cleanliness was good but the floors were very dirty. I would say that’s more on the resort though and we did let them know about it. Host was great and answered all our questions! Overall great experience and look forward to coming back!

Perfect place for our first trip to Rocky Point. Beautiful views from a well appointed balcony. Spent a lot of our time while at the condo out in the balcony. The pools, lazy river, beach access and security everywhere were amazing.

Our condo is a family getaway where grandparents can build castles in the sand with their grandkids while mom and dad relax by the pool. It also welcomes those who simply wish a couples romantic holiday. We come from around the world; from Canada, Australia and USA and here we can kick off our shoes and enjoy family time together. We travel to Rocky Point on our own as well to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city living.

Why they chose this property

We've all travelled a lot and we have chosen our condo at Las Palomas as this resort is as good as any in the world. It is so close to the USA border with easy driving distance from our homes in Arizona. We are in Phase 1, centrally located in the Rubi building - protected from the heat of early morning and late afternoon sun.

What makes this property unique

Here you can experience a different culture without a complicated vacation schedule. Time stops in Mexico. A few days at Rocky Point totally revive the spirit.
