Beautiful Ocean Front, 2 Bedroom + Bonus Room - NEW LOWER RATES & DISCOUNTS

We now have new, lower rates through September as well as a 20% discount on Food & Drinks as well as Golf!
This is one of a limited number of condominiums at Las Palomas where both bedrooms and Living Room face the ocean as you step out onto its 36 foot balcony. Beautifully furnished with a nautical theme and top amenities, Both the Master Bedroom and the Second Bedroom feature King Beds. In addition, there is a bonus Bedroom with a Trundle Bed. You can use it instead of having to open and close the Sofa Bed each day.

Step out on the Balcony each day from any room to face the morning sun and enjoy a cup of coffee. HD televisions and DVR's in each bedroom and an ultra 4K TV with DVR and Surround Sound in the Living Room add to the experience. Cable TV, free WiFi and an internet phone for free calls to the U.S and Canada make life complete.

The Bathrooms have travertine tiles showers with glass shower doors and the Master Bathroom has a garden tub. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. While the drinking water is pure, there is a RO water system in the kitchen for your comfort. Night shades in the bedrooms assure a comfortable night's sleep.

The views from the fourth floor balcony are spectacular as you look out on the 6 swimming pools, beach and ocean. There is also the great view of Old Town across the water.

Our condos are part of the Las Palomas Resort Rental Pool. This assures you that you are renting a top rated condo that includes wristbands for all of the guests your stay and use of beach towels. You also have complete use of all the pools, hot tubs and facilities in Phase's I & II.

Great resort get away

This place had everything we would have wanted. The beach was warm with gentl waves and the amenities were great. My kids loved the lazy river and the slide. The room was great and the kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we made.

Very clean unit in a great location. Phase One at Las Palomas has been updated since our last stay in Rocky Point. Slight hickup with checkin process but handled easily and was no issue once we got there! Would stay again!

Spring Break

Our family rented this unit to visit for spring break. It was a much needed vacation and this unit did not disappoint. We were also very fortunate because they close the borders to Mexico a week after our trip had ended. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay we enjoyed it very much!

An outstanding condo with an amazing view

This is a great resort with a great big hot tub and heated pools and good, friendly service. Have been here in the Summer with bigger crowds and higher prices but with lower Winter rates and less people it was perfect. The view from this condo is the best and the way the owners upgraded and decorated it is definitely top of the line.

My family and I loved this property. Conveniently located near the elevator which made quick trips back to the room with the kids a breeze. Gorgeous view. Beautifully decorated. More space then I expected. Would definitely stay at this location again!

My only disappointment was that I could not take my small soft cooler to the pool. You have to be an owner to take a cooler.

Overall, excellent.

Communication was lacking and the room wasn't ready until 7pm, when we were supposed to check in at 4. No check in or out instructions typical of short term rentals, more like a hotel stay. Condo was excellent though and the resort grounds are beautiful. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at Las Palomas and our first time in this condo. The location was perfect, check in was smooth and the condo itself was just as it looked in the pictures. James was very responsive / helpful during the whole process. We will be back :)

Towel policy

Just a heads up on the resort towel policy. One beach towel per person is given. They all look the same, no identification number. I took two towels. Day one, one disappeared…. Day two I watched it blow off my beach chair…. And someone grabbed it…. I’m now out both towels they won’t give me any more and I got charged $15 per towel! So….. stupid policy as I can only assume my towels eventually made it to turn in, just not by me- but I get charged! Only negative about the whole trio- staff is amazing- beautiful resort!

We have looked at all the resorts at Sandy Beach and found Las Palomas the very BEST! We have 5 condos here: an ocean front 1 bedroom unit which sleeps 4 persons; this unit which is an ocean front 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an extra 1/2 bedroom and sleeps 6; an ocean front 3 bedroom/2 bath unit which sleeps 8; a very large ocean view 3 bedroom/3 bath unit which sleeps 8 and an ocean front 5 bedroom/ 5 1/2 bath penthouse which sleeps up to 12 persons.
