Spacious cottage located steps from the Seaside Beach and Boardwalk on one of the best blocks in Seaside Heights. This house is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Featuring a front deck where you can sit and relax or dine outside & a backyard with a picnic table as well . Three bedrooms, (1 queen bed & two full bed). New bathroom. Central Air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV's, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, . Gas grill (Propane included). BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO... PROMS OR PARTIES. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25
YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME...SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Great spot

Close to the beach so able to go back and forth to house with babies- near the end of boardwalk so quiet- everything is walking distance- clean cottage - our 3rd year -really enjoyed our stay

Spring Break

Very clean, very convenient to beach and boardwalk. It was a bit chilly (you never know with April weather), but we stayed warm and enjoyed the arcades and sweet shops.

Perfect place for some time away!

Over all an amazing place to stay, this trip had multi generational guests. The decor and over all feel of the house is perfect and great to be able to come back to whether walking the boardwalk all day or sitting in the sand. Our only thing was which I don’t even know if the owner knows or not but the fridge doesn’t stay cold so it did make it hard to keep food or have a cold drink. I’d very much come back to this gem so close to the boardwalk!!
