Welcome to our newly renovated private garden cottage, conveniently situated just one mile from Prisma Hospital in Greenville, SC. This property is exclusively available for monthly rentals only. We have been proudly hosting traveling nurses and medical professionals for several years across various platforms, and we are now extending our services to VRBO. Our typical tenant stays for a duration ranging from 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extending their stay if their placement permits.

Whether you're a traveling nurse, medical professional, or visiting a friend or family member, our cozy and comfortable studio space offers the perfect retreat during your time in Greenville.

You are jess than 2 miles from vibrant downtown Greenville. Immerse yourself in the incredible boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants that are just minutes away, or take a stroll through Falls Park on the Reedy or along the Swamp Rabbit Trail for a scenic adventure.

The space is over a detached garage with separate/private entrance and laundry/dryer unit downstairs in garage with private entrance. The fully furnished studio features a cozy space with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea maker, along with all of the other essentials to easily prepare meals at home. The main bedroom features a smart TV, king-sized bed with plush linens, black-out drapes, dresser, hanging rod area, 2 bedside tables with lamps for reading. The bathroom includes a vanity, tiled floor and walk-in shower. A brand new 2023 stackable washer/dryer unit is located downstairs in the garage with a private entrance and door code for your convenience. The garage also includes extra storage for your personal use if needed.

The cottage is also conveniently located within easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities on Augusta Rd. Walk to Starbucks, Cava, or Pilates!

As experienced hosts, Mary-Beth & Steven have welcomed traveling nurses and medical professionals for the last 2.5 years, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. If you're seeking a cozy and convenient accommodation in Greenville, this garden cottage is the perfect choice.
