Unique quiet 2 Bedroom space in South Anchorage

2 bedrooms, 3 beds with a nice living room, small dining room as well as full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Lot's of natural light gives this space a wonderful feel. A covered patio and fire pit add to this large space. Just a mile off of the Seward highway makes it very accessible and quickly will get you to your destinations in and around town.

Smooth check in- property was better than advertised. Nice and quiet too:). Would have explored but didn't have to...mama moose and cow came to the yard:) I would definitely recommend this place if this is what your looking for.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Alaska and had the privilege of staying at this property in south anchorage. The location was amazing to reach anchorage and points south. It was quiet, cute, and comfortable. We had family ranging from 19-76 and all loved the apartment. Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful property. Quiet neighborhood and you have your own entrance to the bottom floor rental. There was a lot of space for the 4 of us. They also have a nice set-up for you of a blender, teas, coffee, wide range of small pocket snacks to take with you for the day, and a very well stocked kitchen! This is the best stocked kitchen we have seen in our many years of staying at VRBOs....many spices, cooking utensils, and kitchenware. The king bed is medium soft and very comfortable. The two queen beds are also comfortable, but more on the firmer side. Couch is large enough for a group of 4 and super comfortable. The owner Neil was very kind and suggested a couple of sightseeing places for us as well. We were very happy here and would go back again!
