Has everything you need to setup straight off the plane. For the price, it’s definitely luxury. Mostly centrally located it was fast for us to get where we wanted to go. I would stay here again if I am able to make it back!

Thanks for the awesome Review Ben! Come back again soon!
My two daughters and I each arrived from different cities and met here. The place was just as described. It was comfortable and just what we needed while running errands in Anchorage.
Great communication prior to our stay. Very convenient location. Furnishings were adequate. Minor suggestions would be more silverware and another fan for upstairs. We hit a warm spot when we visited. Both Chris and Michelle were very responsive when we had an issue with the internet.
Overall this was a good place for us to stay while visiting family in Anchorage. Michele was great to work with and communication was excellent. We stayed on what our family said was one of the first nice weekends after winter and the outside of the house (front porch and backyard) could use a little love but I'm assuming that will happen. The inside was great - the only thing we really wished for was room-darkening curtains. We aren't used to the long days! Overall this was a good and convenient place for us to stay. Thanks!
Great kitchen, very nice to have washer and dryer available. Great layout of the house. Neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. Couple of concerns were with the bed not being on a frame it makes it harder for older people to get in and out of. Availability of extra blankets would be great. Bedrooms could use more furniture, suggest a chair. Toilet upstairs would run continuously, looked like it just needed simple seal replacement.
It was great to have a washer and dryer to use on the premises. Would have liked a curtain in the bedroom to shade the outside daylight while sleeping. The mattress was ok, but would rather it be up on a bedframe rather than on the floor, making it easier to get in and out. The host reaponded within a short time of sking a question.
I missed the opportunity to review last year. This was my second time staying in this lovely home. Both years I've been so comfortable. Michelle's home truly feels like my home away from home. I love how close it is to work. I can sleep in a little bit longer. The home is so close to local trails, restaurants, the Botanical garden, and a lot more. I love staying here and hope to stay here again. Excellent hosts, wonderful upkeep of the property. Quick response if needed. I'd love to stay again and have my family stay as well. We have so many more adventures planned.
We had high school graduate who wanted trip to Alaska. This duplex was perfect. It was clean with everything you need for 10 day stay. Quiet time was at 10 and the entire neighborhood went quiet. We slept with windows open and it was wonderful. Deck outback with table was extension of house. We sat there most evenings and had dinner there frequently. This is close to anchorage and 45 minutes from Palmer so close to everything you want to do and see. Perfect place to see Alaska from. Will definitely stay here again if I get to return. Michelle was wonderful and very quick to reply to any questions about house or what not to miss in anchorage.

Great Place!
We had such a great time in Anchorage. The house was just what we were looking for. It was a perfect location for us. We were close to downtown and the ski hill and Sewerd Hwy., minutes away from a lot of great places. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby as well. They had books with literature about different attractions and activities which was helpful. The owners were very nice and helpful. They met us when we arrived and had a pot of soup on the stove which was great after our long delayed flight in Feb. The place was very clean and well kept. You can tell that they care about this property. They checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Anchorage. I hope to get back for a summer vacation.
