Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was my second time staying in an Absolute Charm property. Both were wonderful, clean and very comfortable. The cowboy is absolutely charming. The beds were great, we had everything we needed, plus some delightful extras. I will always look at Absolute Charm properties when returning to Fredericksburg.

Great place for couples

House is in a great location and extremely clean. We loved the welcome snacks provided. Only reason it did not receive an excellent rating is because the hot water runs out really fast especially if both showers are running simultaneously. It was not a pleasant experience our 1st night, but we adjusted to taking showers at different times. If this property had a hot tub it would probably be my favorite home in Fredericksburg.

Fireplace didn't work Over priced Someone parked in my 2nd parking spot the entire two days. No curtains on entry way door or windows so everyone will see you driving in. Top cover wasn't clean good seen several stains. Shower had long blonde hair in it. Bugs on the floor Too many rules The fact you have to pay for a 3rd guest when the house holds four people is a wrap off. Just not work the time or money to stay again.

The Cowboy 707 was everything and more than I had imagined. Accommodations are comfortable, decorated beautifully, and extremely clean. Great design, 2 bedrooms with attached baths and large closets. The large living area and the kitchen were perfect. I have recommended it to all my friends and will reserve it again for myself soon.
