Some of the dishes that were put back into the cabinet were very dirty the tv only had 4 channels the automatic lock on the door worked only sometimes and you have to enter your code like 4 times to get in the bed was very uncomfortable with hard springs point your back nice view though great location just very out dated room but others wise if you aren’t looking to be in hotel the entire time it’s a good place otherwise not very fun to hangout

We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful river views and convenient location, but we're sorry the condo itself didn't provide the comfort and experience you were hoping for. Bend Riverside has been around since the 1970s, and while we love its unique character, we understand that some of our condos could use a little updating. Dirty dishes are certainly unacceptable, and we'll be addressing that with our housekeeping team. We'll also have maintenance inspect the door lock and TV to ensure everything is working properly. Your feedback about the mattress is equally important, and we'll be sharing those concerns with the owner. We want our guests to enjoy relaxing inside just as much as they enjoy exploring everything Bend has to offer. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and giving us the opportunity to improve!

We came for mother's day weekend. The room was nice. There was just no extra blanket for the pull out couch. And the main bed was most uncomfortable. The veiw was absolutly amazing. The trails were fantastic. Everything we needed to cook. Quiet at night, you can really hear the water. Overall, pretty good find.

Riverside

We had a great stay here. The location was an easy walk into Downtown. The path along the river was great for our dog. The space was well appointed - we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I could've still wrote a good review even though the bathroom shower head was terrible, the bed was super uncomfortable, and the kitchen sink faucet took a good source of man power to turn on. What really prompted my bad review was the fact that 1 week into buying my new car I Parked it in the designated parking area only to find it covered in sap the next day. When reaching out to the host I was told it wasn't something they had control over. I rebutted with why can't you post a sign so people know. I was just thanked for my feedback and received nothing else. I would've never Parked there had I known. In addition, the closet was in dissarayy and I didn't dare use the non folded blanket on the few chilly mornings we were there given I was positive it was used and never cleaned. I did use the iron which doused water all over my garment through the the part of the cord that connects to the iron (definitely doesn't seem safe). The room had a musty smell that seemed masked with a cleaner smell. The positives because I'm not trying to be a total Karen were the beautiful view and the amazing path that was filled with gorgeous views of the dechutes river. It also happen to be walking distance to one of our destinations so we didn't have to Uber. If you get an opportunity Silver moon Brewery is a great place to check out. One of the food trucks there had the BEST bbq and Mac n cheese dishes I've ever had.

We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful Deschutes River views, the river trail, and being able to walk to where you needed to go! Those are definitely some of the best parts about staying at Bend Riverside. As for the tree sap, with a property this established, sap, pine needles, leaves, and the occasional bird are sometimes part of parking under the trees, and unfortunately it isn’t something we can prevent. We do appreciate the feedback on the items inside the condo and will make sure our team takes a look at the faucet, showerhead, and iron. These condos have been around since the 70s and certainly have their quirks and character, which is also why we offer them at a great value for such an incredible riverfront location. We’re happy the view, trail, and walkability gave you some great parts of your Bend trip, and we have to agree with you on Silver Moon too!
