We had a wonderful stay at your property. We appreciate the quick communication prior to our travels and your assistance with anything we needed for the reservation process. The property was beautiful and provided the restful vacation that we needed on Kauai.

The amenities at the resort were awesome! However, our suite smelled very bad. We could not figure out what it was coming from. We messaged the Vrbo property manager, they said to talk to front desk - front desk said to contact owner. There was definitely a gap when it came to care. The best part of this stay was that we were given access to the 1hotel. Would not stay again if that weren’t a perk. Thanks!

Nothing Compares to the Westin!

No matter where we stay we keep saying "It's not the Westin" We cant help but compare the room size, the bedding, the room amenities , the pools, it is just such a unique and wonderfully thought out property- the only thing I would say is more of the shade covers at the pools would be awesome!
