We LOVED this apartment!! Incredible location in Princeville with stunning views. It was great to be able to walk to the 1 Hotel and also the little beach on property. Sadly Hideaways Beach trail was closed whilst we were there - that would’ve been the cherry on top as it’s down the road! The apartment was well stocked, comfortable and super clean. We managed without AC using the fans and keeping the windows open. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place with beautiful views. The lock box was not working properly and the code to key box was wrong so it was a bit of a struggle to communicate due to cell service in the Princeville area but after 90 minutes of emails and texts we we able to access the property and have a wonderful time.

Aloha Sheri! We're sorry your cell phone didn't have reliable reception in that area and we kept getting disconnected. I know we both tried our best to hear one another but totally understand the frustration even though our 24/7 customer happiness team responded right away and tried their best to assist you with entering the door code. Seems you eventually figured out using the door code provided to get in. We also provided you with the emergency lockbox code to use the physical key if needed. To future guests, we are here 24/7 to assist whenever you need us but if we cannot communicate due to weak phone reception and lack of internet capability on your phone, it will be difficult for us to help. Lovely unit at a great property. Love the path to Hideaways Beach, we had a great afternoon snorkeling there. Lack of AC is not a huge problem but they could help by replacing the missing shade in the bedroom. There clearly was one before but now there are heavy curtains that cover the air circulation you need. The path to other units in the building goes by the bedroom so if you don’t have those closed….no privacy. These kind of details should be attended to for such a nice place.

Excellent location overlooking Hanalei Bay and the NaPali coast. The town of Hanalei has good restaurants. Princeville has good amenities. The condo is well stocked with cooking utensils. The place is roomy with comfortable furniture. The patio is so great in the morning. At first, we were concerned about no AC, but the evenings cool down beautifully, to a low of 68 to 71. Did not miss the AC, and welcomed the ocean breeze.

Would be nice to have some extra bath towels and beach towels. Outdoor furniture could be improved compared to other units on the property.

Dear Future Guests, Mahalo to Kelsie for the feedback. For clarification, the unit is stocked with at least four beach towels, and extra bath towels are typically stored in the bathroom vanity. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for guest use to refresh the towels as needed. We’re always evaluating furnishings, including outdoor furniture, to keep the home comfortable and competitive with other units on property. Please reach out during your stay if you need anything — we’re happy to help, but can't know how to if we don't hear from our guests.

We loved the view and the condo was very well equipped. We were thrilled when we walked in that there were beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards that we used every day. We liked being on the first floor and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. A few areas its age but it not a new apartment. The bed was a bit firm for me but probably fine for most people. We didn’t use the pool because our days were spent on the beach. All the appliances were updated.it was extremely well stocked and clean. The owner very easy to communicate with. We would stay again.
