It was an amazing place to spend a week with extended family. The bedrooms are spacious, the living spaces are large and plenty, the balcony and deck spaces are good hangout spots, and the hot tubs in every bedroom and the big one outside are a huge plus to relax after a day of hiking. Kids have a couple of Arcades, games and other stuff to occupy themselves. Kitchen has enough utensils to feed a village. This has been an amazing experience and we are extremely grateful for all the help they’ve provided.

I highly recommend this cabin. I booked with a couple friends out of state and plan on staying again soon. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time…it was hard leaving such a beautiful place.

Had a few small issues, tub handles fell off, some door handles were finicky, coffee maker did not work when first arrived, but maintenence immediately came out and replaced it with a brand new one at 10 P.M. Besides these minor issues the cabin was perfect, comfortable, and overall great. I would stay again.

The location of this property was perfect. We did have an issue at pool we were sent to by eagle properties. When we got to the pool we were asked for wrist bands. The person we spoke to at eagle properties said we didn't need anything. (Bands were not available at the cabin) open arrival we were asked for them. I told the attendant they weren't available. She asked for the address of the property. She let us in and before we could get in the pool we were asked to leave because dues were not paid. We felt embarrassed and just left. We didn't call eagle properties and gave up going to the pool which we had promised our granddaughter.

The property you reserved does not list pool access as an included amenity; unfortunately, a newer member of our team provided incorrect information. Complete disappointment

We picked this place because it had jacuzzi tubs unfortunately they weren't clean so we didn't use them. The plan was for us to prepare our own meals but we couldn't because the kitchen was infested with roaches and fridge didn't work, also we had to clean the hot tub area ourselves before using it. There was food crumbs and stains on the place mats, and overall just not clean. I notified staff within an hour of arrival the condition of the cabin and she informed me that someone would come the next morning to clean, well they never showed. I'm totally and completely disappointed.
