Hot Tub Use & Reservation Policy
Our hot tub is propane-heated for optimal comfort. Due to the fuel and preparation required, there is an additional $350 per night charge to use it. If you’d like to enjoy the hot tub during your stay, please let us know before your check-in date so we can reserve it for you.

The hot tub takes approximately 6 hours to heat up, so advance notice is essential. Without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee it will be available during your stay.

Perfection

The owner & crew who manage this house are absolutely amazing. They truly went above and beyond and put so much care into making sure our stay & event was perfect! We had our small wedding here, and it was majestic. The house is spacious, and the views are breathtaking. Even better in person! We didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back for future stays & celebrations :)

80th Birthday

We rented this house for my mom's 80th birthday! The house was perfect for our whole family plus some to come and celebrate! There was plenty of room, things to do (pool table, dart board...) and the views were phenomenal. The hosts went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect - they even left my mom a present and some 80th goodies! Alexa was the contact and she went above and beyond and responded quickly when I had a question. I definitely recommend!

Sky’s wedding

The house inside was absolutely beautiful, perfect,lovely, there were no pods for coffee, and could not find any in town. The water pressure was not so good. ( NP ). The only negative thing this house was the outside. The landscape is dead. The garden area has been stomped the fountain knocked over, all the watering system was exposed above ground. patio was extremely dirty and unfortunately thats where we spent our spare time, but we were tracking the dust In on the dark wood floors. Please don’t miss understand.just constructive criticism. I love the outdoors I would love to clean it up. Thank you we did love the house.

Wedding week at Villa Rosa

To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement, it is an absolute hidden gem. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars that’s what I would rate.I rented this property to host my wedding rehearsal dinner as well as a spot to hang out after our wedding was over. It was absolutely perfect for both events. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has newer appliances and fully stocked kitchenware. Not to mention all the beds were comfortable and the restrooms newly renovated. The downstairs outdoor area is beyond beautiful. The scenic backdrop of Fallbrook and pool area were simply breathtaking. It was perfect for my events but truly, any event hosted here would be great.Throughout the entire process Tiffany and Jeremiah were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to establish communication and make sure that we had everything we needed to make sure our stay and event was the best it could be. They gave us the opportunity to tour the property multiple times to help with our planning. I could not be more satisfied with our stay and experience at Villa Rosa and working with Tiffany and Jeremiah. They even left us a little gift the first night of check in!I appreciate them so much for letting us stay in the beautiful venue and for being so accommodating. I definitely am looking for another reason/occasion to stay at Villa Rosa again.

When we found Villa Rosa, we were just looking for a one-of-a-kind, show-stopper wedding venue — but we ended up with so much more than we could have ever asked for!The venue itself is just breathtaking, and every square inch of the estate is decorated to perfection. From the wrap around balconies, to the plants, to the pool, to all the fun seating areas, to a kitchen made for hosting, we would have gladly stayed forever. Everything was state of the art. New appliances, a wine fridge, walk-in pantry, game room, countless beds for all of our guests, and beautiful views every angle.The team at Villa Rosa truly went above and beyond to not just give us the perfect day, but the perfect experience that we can relive a little bit of for years to come.They made us feel like we were truly so important to them, and they dedicated much of their own time coming up with new ideas (we hadn’t even thought of) to make our wedding perfect!When it comes to details, they don’t forget a thing. The team curated the whole experience towards us, leaving little gifts, flowers, snacks, and notes at every chance. They really took the time to get to know us, and even form friendships!The team was communicative, followed through with everything they promised (and more), was always trying to make our event better, and supported exactly what we wanted to do.My husband and I will be coming here to celebrate our love for the rest of our lives together!
