Waterfront Lakeside Mansion Great for Large Families, Retreat, and Events

Welcome to the Lakeside Mansion, a 1.5 acre waterfront oasis situated right on Lake Elsinore in sunny Southern California with its own gated, private, sandy, water front beach with private launch ramp. This Mediterranean Villa is centrally located between LA, Orange County, San Diego and Big Bear Mountain. This is a very rare property that allows events!

The area is known for wineries, motor sports & great antique shopping!

THE SPACE

The Lakeside Mansion is separated into 3 sections, the Main House, Bunk House and Guest House. It allows small group up to 16 people to use the Main House only at the advertised price of $2000/night. but gives bigger groups option to rent the Bunk House and Guest House for an additional charge.

The 6500 sq ft Main House sleeps 16.

For more beds, we have two 750 Sq ft "Bunk House" each with 6 bunk beds for an additional 12 beds per bunk house. Each "Bunk House" can be accessed for an additional $500/night + $150/stay cleaning fee. Guest house has 1200Sf, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchen, living room. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, $500/night+$150/cleaning

Cook for your large group in the entertainer's kitchen with a 22' island, two sinks, and a large walk-in pantry.

The master bedroom in the Main House is located upstairs on its own wing with an impressive bathroom with a steam shower, jetted tub and walk in closet. The master also offers its own private covered patio to take in the exceptional views of the lake and mountains.

Relax and have fun in the large game room that includes a ping pong table, pool table, fridge with wet bar, a piano and lots of fun games. The large laundry room has an extra large washer and dryer to tackle all the dirty clothes that comes with the fun your party has.

The house has 1 ,70" TV and 1, 50" TV's and 2 30" TV's with Netflix and Hulu.

The spacious open family room has 30 ft ceilings and plenty of room for your whole party.

The outdoor deck and balconies all have water views and boast a fire pit, large outdoor dining table & lounge chairs & outdoor TV's.

There is a small gym in the house so you can keep up on your workouts even on a rainy day! Guests 18 and over only.

THE GROUNDS

In the front is a beautiful garden and behind the house is a fenced in lawn overlooking the sprawling sandy beach with a volleyball net & tetherball. There is a private boat launch.

We provide kayaks and S.U.P. boards for fun on the lake, an outdoor glass BBQ, plenty of seating for lounging and dining.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel any time. We will refund what we are able to earn in rent if we rebook your dates minus a $150 admin fee. Cleaning and taxes are always 100% refunded.

Lakeside Mansion Rules

Have fun!

No smoking inside house, this includes vaping and marijuana

No Pets

All music outside must be turned off at 10pm, this is a city ordinance

Please do not leave kayaks, paddle boards or anything from the property on the shore or by the lake, bring back all these items from the shore to under deck of the house

Please do not use the neighbors Dock

Please do not cross the no trespassing lines on his property

Please do not leave dishes in the bedrooms (we would rather you not eat in the bedrooms)

Please do not leave dishes scattered across the house, this includes outside too

Please gather up ping pong balls and pool balls, put back in place

If you use the BBQ please clean it after use and be sure gas is off

Please clean up before you leave, gather up all bedding (sheets/blankets) towels and put in laundry room, if furniture was moved please put it back, please place all dishes in dish washer and start it. Place trash in the trash dispenser. All trash should be out of house and in trash cans outside.

Please leave the property in the manner as when you arrived, neat and tidy

Failure to comply to rules listed above will result in us keeping A PORTION OR ALL OF your Security Deposit
