The space
In the back right guest room, you have a trundle that can be made up as two twins or a king size, there are king sheets in the closet.

Each back guest room, have single fold out chairs that could be used for kids or smaller adults. Each room has sheets in the closets

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION!!

I stayed there withmy family! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Great neighbors to meet. Took an early morning run next to the Indian River with a beautiful sunrise!! Highly recommed a stay here and will stay here again!

Comfy in Cocoa

Kitty's bungalow was cute, accessible, and fit all our needs. It was clean, neutral in colors but with a touch of accents that set it off well. Neighborhood was quiet enough to hear a rocket launch one morning! There were enough dishes, space, linens, and AC to keep us supplied. Easy access to RT 1 and nearby grocery stores. Small steps, separated by a little distance, lead down to the master bedroom. We really liked The Frangipani tree and other flowers in the front yard! We were here for a graduation, and would totally stay here again as the occasion allowed.

We were there for a NASA event and perfect location to get to either NASA KSC and Cocoa Beach.
