Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, your home away from home! This brand new, Bayview home is the ultimate retreat for family or multigenerational family getaways hosting 12 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Located in the premier west end island community of Pointe West you will fall in love watching the fabulous gulf sunsets, perhaps enjoying a little bay fishing or birdwatching. Seaside Sanctuary offers 2 shaded balconies and a ground floor patio area as well as being situated on a scenic pond; perfect for celebrating the end of the day with an evening cocktail and sunset views! The bayside pool is a quick stroll away and just across the street you will have access to the Pointe West private beach and beach club pool area.  .

Your vacation begins the minute you walk through the door. Start your days in the bright and airy living area, full of colorful decor and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of seating for all, whether settling in for a cozy movie night, playing a game or sharing the memories of the day's adventures. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or perhaps enjoying delicious takeout from local restaurants on the kitchen island. 

The 4 spacious bedrooms are built for relaxation with two primary bedrooms offering king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Up on the 3rd floor you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, and the 4th bedroom offers a full over full bunk as well as a twin elevated bed with desk space underneath, fun for the young and young at heart.  *Pack n Play as well.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
