This property is one the best you will find in the greater Des Moines area. It's perfect for a family or larger group. This home is clean, modern and spacious. The hot tub was perfect after a long day and the game room kept us entertained for hours! It's a short drive to most Des Moines destinations and is in a fantastic neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again!

Top notch place to stay for an extended family! It easily accommodated our three family units including six children ranging from 4-16. A variety of activities on-site in spacious living areas. The kitchen is well stocked with many small appliances and amenities. Extremely clean! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other families!

We had a group of 9 staying, needing all 5 bedrooms. It had so many helpful items for our comfort; the indoor/outdoor speaker, the steamer, iron, ironing board, potato peeler and masher, collander, Keurig and even aluminum foil and Saran wrap were all especially appreciated. We stayed for 4 nights and finally figured out by the last day to keep the thermostat running while we were there and that there were shades for the windows to keep light out in the mornings. But it was clean and enough space for all ages and all of our needs. We used the hot tub one night and played in the game room. The oven needed cleaned prior to our visit so when we cooked, the smoke detectors throughout the house went off. That made another fun memory.

This property was absolutely perfect for 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. The game room in the gargae kept everyone busy and entertained. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed.

Easiest 5-star review ever! Incredibly clean and stylish home, stocked with very high quality amenities. Mattresses, bedding, towels, TVs, etc all top notch! Hot tub was perfect; clean, hot, with powerful jets. We stayed for 4 nights on an 8-person golf trip, and this was an ideal property for our group. The hosts were so friendly and communicative. We can’t wait to return next year.

There's so much to do here that our kiddos didn't want to leave!! The place has a great layout, lots of considerate touches and was very clean. We had a few small issues, mainly link took us to wrong address so make sure to look at written address and not use the link. The host was very responsive and addressed every small thing we had come up. None of which impacted the enjoyment of our stay. My 8 year old son said "definitely 10 out of 10". Will happily bring my family back!!

Great house for a girls weekend! We enjoyed the games in the garage and all the games downstairs. Had the perfect kitchen/living room space to gather and chat. Nice location and close to fun things to do around the area: dinner and drinks at The District and Polk County Pickleball. Would highly recommend and stay again!

This home was an absolute winner for our trip. The kitchen was impressively well‑equipped, making meals easy and enjoyable. The space itself is wide‑open and comfortable — a perfect gathering spot for everyone to hang out, cook, and relax.We also loved having a grill for outdoor cooking, and the hosts really thought of every detail. The noise machine in the bedroom was a great touch for sleeping, and the luggage racks made unpacking simple and organized.You can tell the owners put real thought into making the stay effortless.
