We are originally from Delaware and Maryland and have HAPPILY called Florida home since 2011. We love the low key beachy vibe the Nokomis area offers. We enjoying spending time with our three children and maintaining our home. We love providing a nice space for others to enjoy the area as well!
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood! Very quite and really nice neighbors. We love that it is very close to the beach, houses vary from tiny fixer uppers to waterfront mansions, and has access points to the water.
What makes this property unique
This is a 100 year old home that has had some additions added on that makes for the perfect, unique place to have a family and a newly remodeled separate part of the home for guests. It is a one of a kind.
